The undersigned respectfully requests an immediate update regarding the deportation status of Ahmad Sadi Mohammad Abu Areish, subject of Miami-Dade County Case No. 2023-010206-FC-04.

Mr. Abu Areish, currently residing illegally in the United States following revocation of his student visa, poses a demonstrated risk to public safety.
Court findings reveal persistent harassment, firearm threats, substance abuse, and severe psychological instability.

In addition to his unlawful presence, it is a matter of public record that Mr. Abu Areish has been deported previously from:

Qatar on charges of assault and battery

Saudi Arabia on charges of theft

Despite being ordered into mandatory mental health evaluations, drug rehabilitation programs, and firearm intervention courses, his illegal activities continue to threaten the safety of U.S. citizens.

The public respectfully urges ICE and DHS to prioritize his immediate apprehension and removal.
Given his proven criminal tendencies, inaction places communities at severe risk.
