The Miami-Dade County Court’s issuance of a permanent injunction against Ahmad Sadi Mohammad Abu Areish (Case No. 2023-010206-FC-04) underscores a profound and continuing threat to public safety.

Despite well-documented evidence of:

Firearm threats against American citizens,

Open violation of U.S. immigration laws,

Court-ordered rehabilitation requirements for mental instability and substance abuse,

Criminal deportations for violent offenses abroad,

No public acknowledgment of Ahmad’s removal proceedings has been released.

As such, in the interest of safeguarding the community and reinforcing the integrity of immigration enforcement, we demand an urgent update from ICE regarding their actions.

Should ICE fail to act expeditiously, it risks not only public trust but the very safety of American citizens who rely upon immigration law enforcement to act decisively against dangerous non-citizens.
