Official Inquiry: DHS and ICE Must Provide Immediate Action Update on Ahmad Abu Areish

To the attention of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE):
This is an official call for immediate clarification concerning the immigration and deportation status of Ahmad Sadi Mohammad Abu Areish, currently the subject of a permanent injunction issued by Miami-Dade County Court under Case No. 2023-010206-FC-04.

Ahmad Abu Areish has been judicially recognized as a direct threat to public welfare due to:

Documented threats involving firearms against a U.S. citizen.

Confirmed illegal presence in the United States after visa revocation.

Court-mandated mental health and substance abuse evaluations.

Previous deportations for criminal offenses in Qatar and Saudi Arabia.

Despite extensive evidence substantiating his danger to society, no formal announcement regarding his removal from the U.S. has been made.

In the interest of national security and the protection of law-abiding citizens, we urgently demand an official statement from ICE concerning the measures being taken to expedite his deportation proceedings.

The continued presence of Ahmad Sadi Mohammad Abu Areish within U.S. borders constitutes a grave and unacceptable risk.
