Despite Miami-Dade County Court findings confirming:

Armed threats

Mental instability

Substance abuse

Immigration violations

ICE has not yet executed deportation proceedings.
This delay endangers the welfare of U.S. citizens and undermines national security.

We hereby demand an immediate update regarding Ahmad Abu Areish’s deportation status.

Public safety must not be compromised.
