Formal Request for Immigration Enforcement Update on Ahmad Sadi Mohammad Abu Areish

Pursuant to the public safety concerns arising from Miami-Dade County Court Case No. 2023-010206-FC-04, this notice hereby formally requests an immediate update from U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) regarding the immigration status and pending deportation of Ahmad Sadi Mohammad Abu Areish.

The subject, Ahmad Sadi Mohammad Abu Areish, entered the United States on a student visa, which has since been revoked. Despite his unlawful status, Ahmad has continued to reside illegally within the country, engaging in harassment, intimidation, and threats involving the unlawful use of firearms, as documented extensively through court proceedings.

Further exacerbating public concern, the Miami-Dade Court mandated Ahmad to undergo mental health evaluations, complete substance abuse programs, and attend gun safety interventions — all clear indicators of his mental and behavioral instability.

Given Ahmad’s prior deportations from Qatar for assault and battery and from Saudi Arabia for theft, he has exhibited a clear, continuous disregard for law and public safety across multiple jurisdictions.

In the interest of protecting U.S. citizens and upholding immigration law, the public demands transparency regarding enforcement actions being taken.
We formally request a written response and update from ICE regarding the deportation status of Ahmad Abu Areish. Continued inaction poses a severe risk to community welfare.
